Should we move this simulation forward, we would want to accomplish the following steps

• Complete the data input and check for correctness.
• Test small simulations with the data set with a simple linear random function
• Visually check and refine the script as necessary 
• Run a full simulation, and check verify against current data
• Assuming the simulation ran correctly, begin adding more complexity to the environment and simulate.
